Once invited, you will be required to create a password to complete the setup of your account.

Minimum Password Length: Passwords should be at least 8 to 12 characters long.

Complexity Requirements: Passwords must include a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.

Fraud Report Overview

Order

Data Required to Order

  • Loan # always
  • ID: Borrower Name, SSN and DOB
  • Property: Address, City State, and Zip code
  • Watchlist: Party Name, Party Type

Search

  • Click on the Loan Number to review
  • Navigation bar expands on the left
  • Report Risk Level: 0 = bad, 100 = good; the lower the level, the more alerts or riskier alerts display
  • Edit – three dots to the right of the Report Risk Level, allows you to add, change, delete entered information
  • Input data at the very bottom – you do not need to edit to see what was entered, just navigate to that section at the very bottom

In general, if there is a discrepancy between the data entered and the data returned or if you are missing input data in order for the information to be analyzed, an alert will display.
