Watchlist Report: Standalone

Watchlist Report is its own individual product offered by Gridavate.

Within Company Settings, Watchlist Report (at the very bottom of the Edit Company page, Products section) has two options:

• Active
  • The client will see two Watchlist options within the Gridavate Customer Portal.  
    • One next to Fraud, which allows a customer to order Watchlist as a batch, search previous matches, check entities, etc.  
    • The other Watchlist option is found under the Settings cog on the right side. This will allow them to manage their watch lists, and manage their watchlist profiles.
• Inactive
  • The Watchlist tab and Watchlist under Settings will not be available or visible to clients.

Notifications can be enabled for Watchlist Batch reports

If toggle is enabled, then add an email to the Email List. You can add additional emails by clicking the + icon.

When enabled, the following emails will be sent to the entered email addresses

• Watchlist Batch Completed
  • A new watchlist batch that was uploaded has completed screening.
• Watchlist Monitoring New Hits
  • A Watchlist batch with monitoring enabled has received new hits after the daily watchlist refresh.
• Custom Watchlist Uploaded
  • A custom watchlist has been uploaded or updated.
